Meet Our Founder & Lead Educator
fns Interior Design Academy was founded by Faiza Naeem Syed, a visionary designer and dedicated educator with a profound commitment to sharing her expertise. Faiza’s impressive academic journey includes a Master’s in Interior Design from the prestigious Florence Design Academy in Florence, Italy, and an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design from Indus Valley School of Art & Architecture in Pakistan.
Before establishing the academy, Faiza founded fns Interior Design Studio in 2017, building a strong foundation in professional practice. Driven by a passion for education, she launched fns Interior Design Academy in October 2020, creating a dedicated platform to nurture aspiring designers. Since 2015, she has also served as an Interior Design Lecturer and Visiting Faculty at esteemed institutions, imparting knowledge and practical insights to aspiring professionals. This extensive teaching experience forms the bedrock of our academy’s curriculum and teaching methodology, ensuring a learning experience that is both academically rigorous and deeply practical.
Our Philosophy of Education
At fns Interior Design Academy, we are committed to hands‑on learning through a hybrid model that combines the flexibility of online study with the immersive experience of studio‑based practice. Our curriculum integrates real‑world projects and industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and V‑Ray, ensuring students develop both creative confidence and technical proficiency. Designed and continuously updated by experienced professionals, the program remains aligned with evolving design trends and global industry demands. Unlike purely self‑paced courses, our hybrid programs follow a structured time frame with scheduled modules, studio workshops, live critiques, and collaborative projects.
